Access and Delivery Policy

1. What this covers

This policy explains how and when what you have agreed reaches you. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Everything we supply is digital or delivered remotely. No physical goods are shipped and no delivery charge is ever applied.

Nothing is charged in advance. Every engagement starts with a written proposal and is invoiced only once it has been delivered. The payment page on this site settles an invoice for a short piece of work already delivered; nothing can be ordered through it.

2. Delivery times

Indicative lead times by type of engagement. Prices exclude VAT. Hong Kong levies none; where VAT is due in your country it is accounted for by you under the reverse charge.

Short pieces of work are delivered first like everything else, and may then be settled by card through this site or by bank transfer, as set out in article 8 of the Terms of Service.

The binding date is the one written in the accepted proposal. It runs from the moment we have received the access, files and information listed there — not from the date you accepted.

3. Our own components

Where a proposal includes one of our components, it is sent to the email address named in the proposal, normally within 48 hours of the access we need. You receive the files or a download link, the documentation and the notes required to run it.

Larger components arrive as a download link valid for twelve months rather than as an attachment. If a link expires or fails, tell us and we reissue it the same working day.

4. If nothing arrives

Check your spam folder first — a message carrying files or links is the kind that gets filtered. Then write to info@theatlasautomations.com from the address named in the proposal, and we resend the same working day.

5. Suspension of time

Delivery time is suspended by operation of law while an access credential, file or answer we asked for remains outstanding after a written reminder; during the unavailability of a third-party system essential to the work; while a request outside the agreed scope is being assessed; and in the event of force majeure.

We tell you in writing when this happens and confirm the new date. Time resumes once the cause is removed.

6. Payment

The invoice is issued after delivery, never before, and is payable within fourteen days. No deposit, advance or standing payment is requested at any stage.

In return, rights in bespoke work transfer only once the invoice is paid in full, as set out in article 7 of the Terms of Service.

7. Acceptance

You have fifteen days from delivery to tell us in writing about anything that departs from the agreed scope. We correct recognised faults free of charge. After fifteen days without written reservations, the delivery is treated as accepted.
