This site is published by ATLAS COMMERCE ONLINE LIMITED, trading as Atlas Automations. Full identification, registration and contact details appear in the box at the top of this page.

The company is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong SAR on 1 September 2026 and registered with the Companies Registry, Hong Kong under number 81140198.

The business is carried on from its place of business in the European Union, at Hlavná 15, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia. Write to us at either address, or at info@theatlasautomations.com, which is read every working day.

2. What we do

We are an independent IT consultancy specialising in systems integration. We advise on how a company's business software should fit together, and then build it: connectors between applications, automated data transfers, migrations, monitoring and the operational scripts that hold them together. Each engagement is scoped in a written proposal, delivered, and then invoiced.

A secondary part of the activity is the sale of our own components — the connectors, scripts and monitoring kits we build with — to clients who prefer to install them themselves. These are sold at a fixed price through this site and delivered by email.

We do not sell physical goods, do not operate a marketplace, do not resell third-party licences and do not hold funds on behalf of any party.

3. Third-party software and trademarks

We connect software published by other companies. Product names, company names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are referred to purely to describe what we can integrate. Their mention implies no partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, certification or endorsement, in either direction.

We hold no reseller agreement for any third-party product and we do not sell licences on their behalf. Subscriptions and licences for the systems we connect remain contracted directly between you and their publisher.

4. Our own intellectual property

The structure of this site, its text, illustrations, diagrams, visual identity and code are the property of the publisher and are protected by copyright. Reproduction, adaptation, translation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.

Rights in the components, documentation and deliverables supplied to clients are dealt with separately in the Terms of Service.

5. Hyperlinks

This site may link to third-party sites. We exercise no control over them and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or data protection practices.

6. Accuracy and liability

We work to keep published information accurate and current without guaranteeing that it is exhaustive. Everything published here about prices and delivery times is indicative and does not constitute an offer. Only a written proposal accepted by both parties binds us.

7. Reporting content

Any content on this site believed to be unlawful, or to infringe a right you hold, may be reported to info@theatlasautomations.com. Please state the date of your finding, the exact address of the page concerned, the right you rely on and the reasons the content is objectionable. We act on well-founded reports promptly.

8. Language

This site and all contractual documents are published in English, which is the language of the contract.
