What happens next
If work has not started, nothing is owed and no invoice is issued. Nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to reclaim.
If work started at your express request within the fourteen days, you owe an amount proportionate to what was supplied. We send you the calculation in writing together with the work carried out.
Components already sent to you count as supplied. Where you asked for one to be sent before the fourteen days had run and acknowledged that separately, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to it.
Services on request. If work has not begun, nothing is owed and no invoice is issued. If it has begun at your request, you owe the part actually performed, shown to you in writing.
Where a repayment is due, it is made within fourteen days of our accepting the withdrawal, to the account the payment came from. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets all of this out in full.
